This cottage is souly for couples that are in need of relaxation and peace. It is a cozy two bedroom one bath cottage, conveniently located on the ground floor for easy accessibility to our bbq area along with a lanai capturing breathtaking sunsets of our West-Central Kona Coast. This property offers a private entrance on its lower level allowing you to come and go as you please. Please note that there is stairs leading down to the lower level of the cottage. Due to our home being located in a quiet private neighborhood surrounded by beautiful nature. We highly recommend our cottage for couples that are wanting to relax and wind down during their vacation here in Hawaii. Our neighborhood has strict quiet hours & appreciate's that no big parties are held in this peaceful home etc. This cottage is a place to enjoy the sounds of nature and have a secluded space while away from home. Enjoy talk story nights under the stars and take in all that Hawaii's nature has to offer.

Please note there is no stove top or oven in home. There is no washer or dryer available at this moment. Only 1 car allowed in driveway no cul de sac or street parking available.

The Big Island of Hawaii seems determined to break the norm; the stereotype of the average tropical island, that is. Here you'll find the ongoing battle between green forests, black lava fields, the ocean, the rain, and sunny days almost incomprehensible; the diversity is simply stunning. With that being said from time to time insects can be present outdoors and sometimes make there way indoors due to our tropical climate here in Hawaii. We share this Information with you folks because we understand insects can be something to be fearful about or can be somewhat of a nuisance to some individuals. We would like to rest assure you that we do schedule pest control services in our very tight schedule & do the maximum recommended to not harm people in the house/Condo which is once a month), but it’s one of the few cons of tropical weather. Please know we go above and beyond for all of our guests and make sure to provide the standard maintenance for extra comfort and an enjoyable time when staying with us here in Hawaii.
