The Waikoloa Beach Villas is a gated community walking distance to the Queen's and King's Shops. There are many beautiful golf courses and beaches in this area. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and a 5 minute drive. This unit also has a garage full of beach gear.
Interested in Golfing? Guests staying in our unit will receive discounted rates of $75 per person plus tax prior to 9:00 a.m. and $50 per person plus tax after 9:00 a.m. Rental Clubs are $25 per set plus tax. All you folks have to do is book and pay on Waikoloa Golf We look forward to your stay!

We share this Information with you folks because we understand insects can be something to be fearful about or can be somewhat of a nuisance to some individuals. We would like to rest assure you that we do schedule pest control services in our very tight schedule & do the maximum recommended to not harm people in the house/Condo which is once a month), but it’s one of the few cons of tropical weather. Please know we go above and beyond for all of our guests and make sure to provide the standard maintenance for extra comfort and an enjoyable time when staying with us here in Hawaii.
